Seven Principles of the Methodology
Life360 is held together by seven principles that are not a sequence but a living, interconnected framework. Each principle informs and deepens the others:
- Examining Life Patterns — developing the capacity to observe how one has been living and what those patterns reveal
- Intentional Reflection — understanding patterns, responses, and the pathway to intentional living
- Character Formation — the deliberate cultivation of the inner life from which all legacy flows
- Having a Support System — no one builds legacy alone; community is a methodology, not an afterthought
- Planning for Disappointment — building resilience and continuity into the legacy journey, because disruption is not an exception but a certainty
- Practice of Solitude — creating the interior space from which clarity, wisdom, and direction emerge
- Life as an Integrated Whole — refusing the fragmentation of self; holding all domains and pillars as one unified life
The Flowering Series
The Flowering Series accompanies those in the season of emergence, growth, and releasing their gifts into the world.
Bud — For Adolescents
The beginning of self. Bud meets young people at the threshold of identity — before the world has fully told them who to be. Here, curiosity is sacred. Questions are tools. The first architecture of a personal legacy begins quietly, intentionally, in the soil of adolescence.
Bloom — For College and University Students
The season of unfolding. Bloom accompanies students through the extraordinary pressures of higher education; holding space not only for academic achievement but for the deeper question: who am I becoming, and what does my life mean? Legacy does not wait for a degree. It is being written in every choice made on campus.
Spore — For College Completers Before Entry into Work
The moment of release. Spore meets graduates in the disorienting space between education and vocation, turning potential into direction before the world assigns a role. Sporeans also dedicate five weeks to community service, facilitating elder care work and contributing to evidence generation. Their hours and the communities they reach are tracked in real time through the Spore portal.
The Ascent Series
Ascent — For Young Professionals
The climb begins. Ascent accompanies young professionals in the critical early years of career and contribution; ensuring that professional success and personal legacy are not competing goals but one integrated pursuit.
The Cliff — A Rehabilitative Programme
Sometimes the journey takes an unexpected turn. The Cliff is a rehabilitative programme for those who have deviated on the path; not because they failed, but because life is complex. There is no judgement here. Only the honest work of reclaiming the story and returning to the journey with greater wisdom than before.
Summit — For Those Who Have Reached the Pinnacle
The view from the top. Summit serves those who have reached the pinnacle either by age or by achievement. Here, the work shifts from building to releasing. How does one transfer what has been accumulated? How does one ensure that wisdom, values, and story outlive the person who carried them? Summit is the programme of legacy transmission, the most sacred work we do.
The Life360 Community
What makes Life360 distinctive is not only its methodology but its community. Regardless of which programme you enter, you are onboarded into a living ecosystem of people at every stage of the journey. Every member is simultaneously a beneficiary and a facilitator. Sporeans support elder care in communities. Those in The Cliff are accompanied by Spore. Summit holders carry wisdom back into the entire ecosystem. Those in Ascent mentor those in Bud and Bloom.
