A leader in private education, Betty is concerned with how education benefits can reach many beyond those who can afford to pay for premium services. Betty loves connecting people. She has been a voice at the Kenya Private Schools Association. Betty founded the CBC Wall, the largest purpose driven connection platform discussing education innovations in Kenya. With over 40 years in education, her passion for learning is unmatched and disrupts every leader with her intention of wanting everyone to learn. When confronted with the question of whether private schools should invest in their teachers, her answer is; “It is better to train them and they leave than fail to train them and they stay.” Betty chairs the Board of the Marion Group of schools.
